The return or exchange of an item will only qualify if it meets all Terms & Conditions.

• You can return an item for store credit or you can exchange it for a different size or colour within 14 days from when it is received by you. However all exchanges are based on stock availability and under such circumstances your store credit will be valid up to 1 month from the date of when the return is received by us. Additionally please note customised products, Gift Cards, items on Sale or purchased with a Discount Code are considered final sale, and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange. 

• A flat INR 150/- is chargeable for returns and exchanges for orders purchased with Free Shipping. 

• If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.

Please note we do not refund money on any merchandise sold.

• Store credit or exchange can be processed only if we receive the merchandise in its original packaging.

• To return an item, the customer can write to us at customercare@nete.in requesting a return. However please note reverse pick ups are subject to serviceable pincodes only.

• The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

• We recommend you obtain proof of postage.

• All goods will be inspected on return for damage, spoiling, stains and odors. 

• All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.

• Nete.in is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns. A minimum shipping charge of INR 100 will be deducted from customers store credit upon receipt.

• We are not responsible for unidentified returns or items that are returned to us by mistake.

• Please note, items marked with an, ‘**’ on the site cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally please note we do not accept returns on Jewelry. The same will be explicit on the product page under ‘Description’.

• Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

• Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to that order.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.


Our Return and Exchange Policy applies only if merchandise is received under the following conditions:

a. Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged.

b. Merchandise must have all tags still attached. Please inform our customer care department in case an item was delivered without tags.

c. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

d. Where belts, designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags are provided, these should be included with your return.

e. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

f. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled,and will be sent back to the customer.
