How often should I wash my denim? Washing your denim would depend on how often you wear them or whether you’ve stained or dirtied them. If the fabric is thick, you can wear it over many weeks or months but only if it’s worn indoors and only a few hours in the day. If you want to make your jeans last as long as possible, then there are several things you can do to extend their life. As well as washing them infrequently as mentioned above, when you do wash them, ensure they are inside out, use a gentle washing detergent and then air dry them if possible.
