Can I exchange or return my purchase? All our accessories - bags, visors, scarves are all handcrafted and only put in production when the order is raised. While some styles aren’t returnable, others can be returned against a store credit. Our store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Can I customize the size? Kindly write to us on customercare@nete.in with your customisation request and we’ll get back to you with the feasibility for the same within 1-2 business days.
